Any more info on the new 2011 AG doll of the year?
My daughter is diligently searching for any new news of the new AG doll of the year. The latest info we have is what she looks like on the covers of her books. I can't wait to see the doll! Has anybody seen a picture of her yet?
Here's what I know. Her name is Kanani Akina. She is from Hawaii. Her first book says this on the back:When Kanani s cousin Rachel comes to stay for a month, Kanani can t wait to show her what life is like in a friendly Hawaiian town from eating shave ice to snorkeling with sea turtles. But Rachel seems homesick and unhappy. Kanani tries hard to help Rachel feel at home and have fun, but nothing seems to work until an urgent animal rescue on the beach brings the girls together. Then, just as things are going well, a silly mistake threatens their fragile friendship. Kanani feels terrible and longs to reconnect with Rachel. But before she can truly help her cousin, kanani herself must learn the real meaning of the aloha spirit. I also know her meet outfit is a Blue shirt or dress with Hawaiian flowers on it. Some people said there is a picture of her but I can't seem to find her. Sorry, for the LONG comment!
